Check Case Status Quick Look Up - The functionality for customers and Partners to search for a Case ID has been removed from the Support Web site while accounts are migrated to our new ticketing system. We plan to reinstate case search capabilities when all customers have been migrated to our updated ticketing system in the next few weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience.
