The multimedia library is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Chinese.

End User Usage Instructions (for the English Library):

Simply click on the "View Library" link below for the desired language. Text and/or multimedia video tutorials can be viewed by browsing the library content titles, perusing the index, or using the search function.

IT Support Staff Usage/Download Instructions:

System Administrators and IT Support Staff can choose to download the entire library to be integrated with an intranet support site or other tools to aid in supporting the roll out and support of Avaya UC Solutions. 

1. Download the zip file
2. Extract the zip file contents to a desired location on your computer
3. Click on the ".exe" file to "install" (extract) the multimedia library contents to a desired location of your choice or choose the default
4. Browse to the install/extract location chosen in step 3, and click on the "FlashHelp_Pro" folder, then click on the "Avaya_Master.html" file to view the library contents. The library  contents can then be easily integrated with an intranet support website.
