| Avaya has invested in a new application called PLDS (Product Licensing and Delivery) which will enable our Customers, Partners and associates to manage software licensing and download software for many Avaya products.
PLDS launched on May 10th 2009, and is based on an industry standard software platform purchased from Open Channel Solutions, a third party vendor and recognized leader in the field of software entitlements management. Products will be transitioned to the new Avaya PLDS in a phased approach. The following products are available in PLDS: Application Enablement Services 5.2 and all previous versions in RFA
