Avaya Global eBill Virtual Tours and Training
Training

You’ll find everything you need to know about using eBill here on these pages. We’ve taken great care to address every aspect of eBill - from enrolling to handling disputes (should they ever arise).

We’ve presented the information in two forms, Virtual Tours and Simulations.

Virtual Tours are PowerPoint presentations that cover every nuance of eBill in great detail. Consider the virtual tours as the eBill User Manual.

Simulations are designed to show you step-by-step how to complete a task. You’ll be shown what the eBill application looks like, and you’ll be asked to enter in the requested information as if you were really using eBill. So you should walk away from a simulation with a firm grasp of what you’ll need to do on your own.

Areas for Training
