To the extent there is a conflict between the Software License Terms or your Agreement, and any Third Party Terms, the Third Party Terms shall prevail solely for such Third Party Components.

The disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability set forth in the Third Party Terms do not affect any express warranty or limitation of liability that may be provided to you by Avaya pursuant to those license terms covering the Product contained in a separate written agreement between you and Avaya. To the extent there is a conflict between the General License Terms or your Agreement, and any Third Party Terms, the Third Party Terms shall prevail solely for such Third Party Components.
