Avaya Access Information
Avaya Access gives customers and Partners the ability to establish a single secure ID and password to gain immediate access to important Avaya applications and protected sites, such as:

  • Self-Service applications that allow you to get assistance from Avaya.
  • Feeds and Notifications that allow you to subscribe to feeds, notifications and alerts.
  • Downloads that provide you with access to different downloads associated with Avaya products.
  • Tools that help you manage and administer various Avaya products.

Avaya Access also allows you to:

  • Manage your own profile with your contact information and permissions.
  • Manage and approve your company users' requests for Avaya Access.
  • Manage who can access to your Avaya account information for specific locations, whether it is your company users or an authorized Avaya Partner.
