Prior to the upgrade, an Avaya Engineer pre-populates the checklist and sends to the customer for validation and confirmation of the upgrade. This application eases the upgrade process by automatically retrieving some of the data necessary for the upgrade.

  • Customer Administrators

How do you gain access to Communication Manager Minor Upgrade Checklist?

To access Communication Manager Minor Upgrade Checklist, you will need:

  1. An SSO logon ID
  2. Customers will be able to use the Communication Manager Minor Upgrade Checklist only after a project has been created for the customer's login ID by the Avaya Engineer.
  3. Access Communication Manager Minor Upgrade Checklist by clicking on the link below using a supported version of Microsoft Internet Explorer. Avaya will support other browsers in the future.
