Follow these simple steps to register to use the Avaya Support web site.
Select a "type" of user based on your relationship with Avaya.
Compete the rest of the fields, and click the Submit button. Required fields have an "*" symbol.
After you have submitted your request you will be presented with a page that has your specific user information as pictured below. You will also receive an email conformation of your registration.
Your email will be used for signing into the Avaya support web site.

| New user registration uses the Avaya Access application. Avaya Access is the new Avaya authentication and user management application. Avaya Access is also used to manage your profile, perform administrative tasks, associate Sold To numbers, and register for notifications.
