Overview
Avaya has invested in a new application called PLDS (Product Licensing and Delivery) which will enable our Customers, Partners and associates to manage software licensing and download software for many Avaya products.

PLDS launched on May 10th 2009, and is based on an industry standard software platform purchased from Open Channel Solutions, a third party vendor and recognized leader in the field of software entitlements management.  Products will be transitioned to the new Avaya PLDS in a phased approach.

The following existing products will be available in PLDS in Phase 1:

  1. Voice Portal 5.0 and all previous versions of VP, which are currently on RFA 
  2. Interactive Response 4.0 and all previous versions of IR, which are currently on RFA 
  3. Dialog Designer 5.0 and all previous versions of DD, which are currently on RFA 

The following new products will be available in PLDS in Phase 1:

  1. Avaya Session Manager R1.1
  2. Integrated Management System Manager  
Registration for Avaya Partners and Customers:
  • Attempt to Log in to https://plds.avaya.com 
    • Will be redirected to the SSO website
  • Login to SSO using current valid ID and Password
    • Will be redirected to the PLDS registration page
  • Enter BP Link ID
    • Or Sold To/LAC/Ship To if a Customer User
  • Click Submit
  • You will receive your PLDS access confirmation within 1 business day
  • Your PLDS login ID and Password will be your SSO ID and Password
