E-Notifications Status & Subscription Check
E-Notifications has changed for our new Avaya Support Site.  This page is to provide you current status on E-Notifications and tips on how to check on your current subscriptions.

Since we have upgraded our support site we have experienced difficulties with the E-Notification application.  We apologize for that inconvenience and are working hard to get it corrected.  You can check back here for current status information.

Current Status of Avaya E-Notifications

Avaya E-Notifications allows the user to "enroll" to receive email notifications of new or modified documents on the Avaya Support web site.  Notifications come from two different sources, downloads and all other documentation.

The status of these E-Notifications is below:

  • Downloads - E-Notifications for new or modified downloads is working correctly.  If you want to get notified of new or updated downloads you should make sure you have your subscriptions setup correctly (see section below).
  • Documentation - E-Notifications for new or modified documentation is not currently working correctly.  This would include documentation such as "Administration & System Programming", "Installation, Migrations, Upgrades & Configurations", etc.  Again, we apologize for this, and are working to get it corrected as quickly as possible.

Checking Your Subscription
The new Avaya Support Site was released with an upgraded E-Notification application. Support site users who had not accessed the site for an extended period of time and had become "inactive" could not be migrated to the new E-Notifications application. If you have not logged into the support site in more than 90 days, your user account could have been deactivated. You will may need to reregister, or request that your user access be reactivated.

If you have not already checked your E-Notifications subscriptions you should try to login to the Avaya Support Web site and do the following:

  1. If you can log in, check your E-Notification subscriptions to make sure they are set up correctly in the new site.
  2. If you cannot log into the site, click on the "Register now" link and register as a new user.
  3. If you think that you have an active account and still cannot log in, call 1-866-AVAYA IT.
