If you need your 4601+, 4602SW+, 4610SW, 4620SW, 4621SW, 4622SW and 4625SW telephones to display Japanese, Russian, Hebrew or Greek characters, then you want to choose the file labeled 46xx_030909_ja_ru.zip.
