Agent gets a �Non-Internet Agent� message
Description
An agent can receive this message if the following is true:
The agent is logged in to the DEFINITY ECS but not logged in toCentreVu Internet Solutions
The agent is associated with an Internet VDN/skill.
In this situation, CentreVu Internet Solutions could route an Internet session and the agent would get the �Non Internet Agent� message. The agent can still take the session and have a voice conversation with the customer; however, Internet functions such as collaborative browsing and text chat will not be available to the agent.
Action
To avoid getting these messages, do one of the following:
Log out of the DEFINITY ECS and log in to CentreVu Internet Solutions.
Do not assign Internet VDN/skills to voice only agents.
