5. Additional Information:

MS06-018 Vulnerability in Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator Could Allow Denial of Service (913580): Vulnerabilities were found in the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator which could allow an attacker to craft a specially formatted message which would result in a Denial of Service (DoS). No Avaya System products are vulnerable as the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator is not used. The Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures project (cve.mitre.org) has assigned the names CVE-2006-0034 and CVE-2006-1184 to these issues.

MS06-019 Vulnerability in Microsoft Exchange Could Allow Remote Code Execution (916803): A bug was found in the Microsoft Exchange Server which could allow a remote attacker to gain control of the system. By sending a specially crafted e-mail message with vCal or iCal information, the Exchange Server allows for arbitrary code execution when parsing the message. No Avaya System products are vulnerable as Microsoft Exchange is not installed or used on them. The Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures project (cve.mitre.org)has assigned the name CVE-2006-0034 to the issue.

MS06-020 Vulnerabilities in Macromedia Flash Player from Adobe Could Allow Remote Code Execution (913433): Vulnerabilities were found in the Macromedia Flash Player that could allow a remote attacker to gain control of a remote system. By getting a user to view a specially crafted Flash animation file (SWF) either via a web page or as an e-mail attachment, a potential for remote code execution existed. No Avaya System products are vulnerable to this issue as they do not have Macromedia Flash Player installed. The Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures project (cve.mitre.org) has assigned the names CVE-2005-2628 and CVE-2006-0024 to these issues.
