Avaya system products include an Operating System with the product when it is delivered. Avaya Call Management System (CMS) and Avaya Interactive Response (IR) are both shipped with an operating system and hardware from Sun Microsystems. Actions to be taken on those products are described below.

Avaya IR IR 2.0 running on Solaris 10 Low This issue only affects IR 2.0 systems utilizing UFS logging. Avaya recommends that customers with vulnerable versions/configurations of IR use dfspace to determine disk usage instead of df -k. Install Solaris 10 Patch Cluster for Avaya IR 2.0 Service Pack 1.
