2. Avaya System Products using a Sun Microsystems Operating System:

Avaya system products include an Operating System with the product when it is delivered. Avaya Call Management System (CMS) and Avaya Interactive Response (IR) are both shipped with an operating system from Sun Microsystems. Actions to be taken on those products are described below.

Avaya IR 2.0 on Solaris 10, 3.0 Low IR software does not use SSL_get_shared_ciphers and is not directly vulnerable. However, any application on the system that does may be vulnerable.
Customers can install patch 127111-08 to resolve this problem. Due to IR not using the function, the patch has not been certified by Avaya. If installing the patch causes problems it must be removed.
