2. Avaya System Products using a Sun Microsystems Operating System:

Avaya system products include an Operating System with the product when it is delivered. Avaya Call Management System (CMS) and Avaya Interactive Response (IR) are both shipped with an operating system from Sun Microsystems. Actions to be taken on those products are described below.

Avaya CMS None None The SSH configuration for CMS is setup with X11Forwarding set to "no" by default.
Avaya IR 2.0 on Solaris 10, 3.0 Medium IR does not use or configure SSH or x11 by default. If SSH with X11 forwarding is used, use the workaround provided by Sun.
IR 2.0 is no longer supported and the patch will not be tested.
For 3.0, install IR Service Pack 4 and June Solaris cluster from Avaya Support.
