• A DSS 4450 Direct Station Selector
• A D8Y 3-foot 8-position keyed cord
• A 4424D+ or 4424LD+ telephone
• A line cord (D2R), one end should already be attached to the underside of the telephone
• A handset connected to the telephone with a coiled handset cord
• A 1219A Power Supply Unit, included with the 4424LD+
• Must be ordered separately for the 4424D+ when connecting a DSS 4450:
    PEC 4499-PWR
• A D4BU line cord (US/Canada) or M4BK line cord (International), included with the 4424LD+
• Use only the Power Supply Units recommended. Use of other Power Supply Units may severely damage the DSS 4450, the 4424D+ telephone, or the 4424LD+ telephone.
