Any upg from V2.2 to V2.3? Hou did you upg your license?

If you have a Support Contract with Avaya that includes upgrades at no additonal charge then you should have recieved an updated license mailed to the person listed on the support contract.

COM 2.3 introduced numerous new enhancements and despite it being a .X release it is considered a major release rather than a patch or update.

If you do not have a contract then a purchase will be required to move from 2.2 to 2.3.
