When dialing "91xxx" to dial long distance in the states on a 9630 SIP I get an error tone. Looking at the trace it looks like the phone is inserting a # after 91. Dialing long distance from a 3rd party softphone from the same extension works fine. Thoughts?

I haven't got a response to this post so I figured I'd add a couple details:
* h.323 phones work fine. * It appears that after dialing 91 or 90 the invite is sent to SES, when dialing anything else it waits for the full number before sending the invite. * I've updated the firware to the latest 2.6 sp 7 |

I was able to workaround by changing
SET ENABLE_AVAYA_ENVIRONMENT to "0" in the 46xxsettings.txt file. This mean I can dial long distance now but I don't have Feature buttons. Sounds like an SES problem. |
