What is StationBuilder?
StationBuilder is a web application to provision Communication Manager stations. Avaya Software Specialists will
initiate projects for the customers with validations to be applied to the data that the customer enters. Licensed features such as EC500 will be placed in the projects by the
Software Specialist to ensure the customer has the correct features available as well as the correct Right-To-Use (RTU). The customer will then be able to use the web tool to upload the station
related data.
The software will also allow the exchange of questions between the Software Specialist and the customer.
Once the customer completes the configuration of their stations in the web application, the Software Specialist will transfer the resulting Station Details via Provision to the customer's Communication Manager solution.
