The following information is stored on the Port Card during a System backup:

• All MERLIN Messaging System configuration and user programming data, including the System Administrator's password.
• A subset of Automated Attendant Main Menu prompts and submenu prompts.

Personal greetings, Automated Attendant Announcements, voice mail messages, and name recordings are not backed up onto the Port Card.
