Programming Disallowed Phone Numbers

If Outcalling is permitted, or if users will be specifying external phone numbers for www.messenger for PARTNER Messaging callback numbers, a Disallowed Phone Numbers List (#404) can be created to restrict calling destinations.

For PARTNER ACS Release 4.0 or later, refer to Form F5 to see if the Disallowed List Assignment column is checked for PARTNER Messaging extensions. If the Disallowed List Assignment column is checked, continue with the following procedures to create a Disallowed Phone Numbers List and then assign the list to all PARTNER Messaging extensions; otherwise, skip to Programming Allowed Phone Numbers.
