PARTNER ACS

For PARTNER ACS Release 4.0 or later, locate Forms B and F5. (For all other PARTNER ACS releases, locate the appropriate forms.)

• Refer to Form B, Answering Option column, to see if VMS-Mail is entered on any lines. If it is, program Line Coverage Extension (PARTNER ACS) for the specified lines.
• Refer to Form F5 to see if Automatic VMS Cover is assigned to any extensions. If it is, program Automatic VMS Cover and VMS Cover Rings.
• If neither of the above are specified, skip to Telephone Button Programming.

PARTNER II or PARTNER Plus Communications Systems

For PARTNER II or PARTNER Plus communications systems, locate Forms A and B2 in the System Planner.

• Refer to Form A, Page 1, Line Coverage. If the VMS-Mail column is checked, program VMS Line Coverage (PARTNER II or PARTNER Plus) for the specified lines.
• Refer to Form B2 to see if Automatic VMS Cover is assigned to any extensions. If it is, program Automatic VMS Cover and, if appropriate, VMS Cover Rings.
• If neither of the above are specified, skip to Telephone Button Programming.
