System Configuration

PARTNER Messaging is available in a 2-port, 4-port, or 6-port configuration with a message storage capacity of 100 hours, regardless of configuration. One common module supports all three configurations. A 2-port, 4-port, or 6-port card, included with each system, contains the following components:

• Port licensing for the system's port configuration (that is, a 2-port, 4-port, or 6-port configuration)
• Media for backing up and restoring the system
• A 14.4 Kbps Remote Maintenance Device (modem) used for remote diagnostics
