Each System Group List can include up to 50 Mailbox extensions. System Group Lists allow users to address a message to a group of mailboxes. A Mailbox extension can be in more than one System Group List.
Up to four Directory Lists can be created and assigned to a Submenu, and then used as a playable directory.
