A Submenu created to play a Directory List, referred to as a Directory Submenu, plays the list as the Submenu prompt when the Submenu is assigned to a selector code for an Automated Attendant Day or Night Main Menu or another Submenu.

Enter the Submenu number that you want to play a Directory List.

You can program up to four customized Directory Lists that you assign to a Submenu
for use in programming a Day and Night Main Menu. Once assigned to a Submenu,
the Directory List (referred to as a Directory Submenu) becomes a playable directory
providing the name and associated extension number of every member in the list.
