In a system with multiple Automated Attendants, the Automated Attendant Line Assignments form is used to specify which of the Automated Attendant(s) (that is 1, 2, 3 or 4) should answer a specified line.

1. Enter the 2-digit line number of the line to be answered by an Automated Attendant. For lines 2 through 9, be sure you precede the number with a 0, for example, to enter line 1, enter 01.
2. Check the column indicating which Automated Attendant should answer the line.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for all applicable lines.
