Directory List Members (Name and/or Mailbox Extension)
Specify the name and/or mailbox extension that you want to include in the Directory List. Once assigned to a Submenu, the name and associated extension number of every member in the list is heard in the Submenu prompt. The name must be recorded for the name and extension to be heard when the Directory Submenu plays. (Note, however, that when you administer the Directory List, you will hear all names and extensions that you have included in the list, even if a name has not been recorded for the extension.) Once you or the Mailbox owner record a name, the name and extension is heard when the Submenu prompt plays.
