You can configure options for various Messaging features in the User Preferences Web pages.
To go to User Preferences Web pages, use a web browser and on the address bar type the following web address: http://avayamsg/user.
Note This web address for User Preferences may be different in your organization.
If you are accessing your voice messages using your e-mail client, you can go to User Preferences by clicking the User Preferences button on the Messaging Toolbar in your Outlook or Zimbra client.
