Configuring IMAP4 access

You can set system-wide parameters on the System Ports and Access Web page. Use the following instructions to allow IMAP4 access to the storage server for remote e-mail clients, and if needed, for Avaya one-X products and provisioning tools.

Before you begin

Messaging must be running.

Procedure

On the Administration menu, click Messaging > Messaging System (Storage) > System Ports and Access.
In the System TCP/IP Ports table, enable the following ports:
- IMAP4 Port
- IMAP4 SSL Port

Click Save.
