Depending on your storage destination, you must configure the following:
Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2010: Configure the minimum required service account permissions. For more information, see the Microsoft Exchange Server Web site for granting permissions.
VMware Zimbra: At a minimum, configure the service account name as the global administrator in the Zimbra Administration Console.
Avaya message store: No configuration changes are required.
