On the Administration menu, click Server (Maintenance) > Diagnostics > Ping.
On the Ping Web page, enter the appropriate information in the fields.
Click Execute Ping to start the ping command.
If the ping is successful, the Ping Result Web page displays a brief summary that shows the number of packets sent and received. The summary also shows the minimum number, the maximum number, and the average of the round-trip times.
