The name of the info mailbox in the Auto Attendant directory is a Text-to-Speech playback of the display name.
Info Mailbox is the default name of the Class of Service (CoS) that controls the maximum length of a recorded message in an info mailbox.
The default for the maximum length of a message in an info mailbox is 5 minutes. You can change this default on the Class of Service Web page. See Changing a Class of Service.
