Integrating with the telephony server

If your site includes more than one application server, you must complete these instructions on each application server in your site.

Before you begin

Complete all the tasks in the Initial administration checklist for the storage role.
Gather information about the parameters from the telephony server that are required for integration. See Integration requirements.

Procedure

On the Administration menu, click Messaging > Telephony Settings (Application) > Telephony Integration.
Enter the appropriate information in the fields.

Click Save.
Restart Messaging.
