Recording the installed language packs

About this task

Before upgrading the Messaging system, record the currently installed language packs that you need to re-install after the upgrade process.

Log on to the System Management Interface. For more information, see Logging in to Messaging.
On the Administration menu, click Messaging > Server Settings (Application) > Languages.
From the Language Packs: Installed Languages, record the name of all installed language packs.
