Setting operator (live attendant) properties

About this task

After upgrading the Messaging system, you must re-enter the operator (live attendant) properties. The properties for a Site automatically propagates to the active application server(s) for that site

Procedure

  1. Log on to the System Management Interface. For more information, see Logging in to Messaging.
  2. On the Administration menu, click Messaging > Messaging System (Storage) > Sites.
  3. Re-enter the values under Operator (Live Attendant) section. The following table shows the mapping between Release 6.0/6.0.1 and Release 6.1 properties.

  4. Click Save.
