Procedure

  1. Back up the Messaging system files. For more information, see Backing up system files.
  2. Back up the Messaging application files. For more information, see Backing up application files.
  3. Upgrade the System Platform software. For more information, see Upgrading the System Platform.
  4. Upgrade the Messaging system. For more information, see Upgrading the Messaging system.
