The LDAP Status/Restart (Storage) Web page displays the current status of the LDAP processes. You can manually restart the LDAPFE and LDAPCORP processes. Use LDAPFE and LDAPCORP to administer the Messaging data from the internal and external client respectively.
Procedure
- On the Administration menu, click .
- Verify if all the processes are in the UP state.
- If any process is not in the UP state, click Restart to manually start the process.
Note To start all LDAP processes, you must restart the Messaging application.
