Viewing and changing agent status

The Agent Status Web page displays the current state of the Master Agent and the sub agents. Use this page to start or stop the Master Agent.

Procedure

On the Administration menu, click Server (Maintenance) > Alarms > Agent Status.
The Agent Status Web page displays the current status of the Master Agent and Sub Agents. If the status of the Master Agent is Up, the page displays the Stop Agent button. If the status of the Master Agent is Down, the page displays the Start Agent button.
To change the status, click Stop Agent or Start Agent.
