Adding an SNMP trap receiver

Procedure

  1. Log on to the System Platform Web Console. For more information, see Logging in to the System Platform Web Console.
  2. Click Server Management > SNMP Trap Receiver Configuration.
  3. On the SNMP Trap Receiver Configuration page, complete the following fields:

    • IP Address: The IP address of the trap receiver.

    • Port: The port number on which traps are received.

    • Community: The SNMP community to which the trap receiver belongs. Must be public.

  4. Click Add SNMP Trap Receiver.
