Configuring IMAP4 access

Configure system-wide parameters on the System Ports and Access Web page. Use the following instructions to configure IMAP4 access to the storage server for remote email clients and if needed, for Avaya one-X products and provisioning tools.

Before you begin

Messaging must be running.

Procedure

On the Administration menu, click Messaging > Messaging System (Storage) > System Ports and Access.
In the System TCP/IP Ports table, enable the following ports:
- IMAP4 Port
- IMAP4 SSL Port

Click Save.
