If you select the User can send system broadcast messages check box on the Class of Service Web page, users can send system broadcast messages using the TUI.
You can delete the system broadcast message by logging in to the Aria TUI.
Note You cannot delete the system broadcast message using the Audix TUI.
Procedure
- Log in to the TUI.
You will hear the following system prompt as part of the prompt for the mailbox main menu for en-US language: For system broadcast message, press 9.
- Press 9.
If there is a broadcast message, you will hear the following system prompt: To review the system broadcast message, press 1. To record a message, press 2. To erase the broadcast message, press 3.
If there is no broadcast message, you will hear the following system prompt: There is currently no system broadcast message. To record a message, press 2.
- To delete the broadcast message, press 3.
