You can log in to Messaging in two ways:
If TTY is used as one of the default languages for your organization, then Messaging can send all prompts and messages in TTY format. See the related links for the detailed procedure.
When Messaging answers your call, you receive instructions with prompts spoken in the default language for your organization. In this case, you need to select the TTY language option before you can proceed. If your organization has a separate number that will send prompts in TTY only, use that number to access Messaging.
