You can schedule the time for nightly maintenance of each application server on the System Parameters Web page. During the nightly maintenance, the Messaging system reloads the user list and GAL on each application server.
Currently, the nightly refresh of users runs on all application servers at the same time. You must stagger this activity across application servers.
