Certain upgrade scenarios require CdomAndSALgateway_IPaddressAssignments.htm#CdomAndSVM_IPaddressAssignments. If you fail to complete this requirement, your System Platform server will lose communication with Avaya during a critical phase of the platform upgrade. The process itself includes a reboot of the entire system, and this too will disrupt the continuity of Avaya services during the maintenance interval.
