You can receive event notifications and interactive data from the entire Avaya enterprise - main server and Messaging, messaging and other telephony applications, gateways, and endpoints - through logs, through SNMP, or both.
All syslog files are found under the /var/log directory, for example the security syslog file /var/log/secure. The first level subdirectories of /var/log/avaya/messaging provide log files for the major components of Messaging, for example /var/log/avaya/messaging/mango/messaging.log.
