DASD LED lights up

The DASD LED on the light path diagnostics panel lights up when a hard disk drive fails or is missing.

Troubleshooting steps

Procedure

Check the LEDs on the hard disk drives for the drive with a lit up status LED and reseat the hard disk drive.
If the error remains, replace the hard disk drive and then restart the server.
