The PCI LED on the light path diagnostics panel lights up when an error occurs on a PCI bus or on the system board. An additional LED lights up next to a failing PCI slot.

Procedure
Check the LEDs on the PCI slots to identify the component that caused the error.
If you have a monitor, check the system error log for information about the error.
If you cannot isolate the failing PCIe card by using the LEDs and the information in the system error log, remove one card at a time from the failing PCI bus. Restart the server after each card is removed.
