The voice messaging form resembles the default email form, but gives users an interface for performing actions such as playing, stopping, or pausing voice messages, and calling the sender from Outlook. The voice messaging form includes a notes field and the default media player configured on the system of the user.
The system displays the default media player and the notes field either in the preview pane when previewing a voice message or in a separate window when the user opens the voice message. If you have not installed Outlook on the client computer, users receive voice messages only as attachments in their client applications, and the voice messaging form is unavailable.
