Creating a new rule:

  • Select “+ New Pop“ and add one or more rules
  • Options include: Trigger a screen pop based on:
    • Initial App Launch
    • App Launch
    • SIP Login
    • SIP Logout
    • Reset App
    • Agent Login
    • Agent Logout
    • SIP Login
  • Display a web page/application using the default browser, launch an application or display a dialog with custom text
  • Provide one or more parameters to the URL or app
  • You can re-order, delete and add rules to the list
  • When completed, the new configuration value can be copied to the clipboard or saved to a file
  • Use the configuration value in your autoconfiguration file or Avaya Aura Device Services configuration to configure the application

Editing an existing rule:

  • Start by loading a previous saved configuration or by pasting the configuration value into the “Current Configuration” text box
  • Make any required changes to the screen pop definition
  • When completed, the new configuration value can be copied to the clipboard or saved to a file
  • Use the configuration value in your autoconfiguration file or Avaya Aura Device Services configuration to configure the application
